2. If the Company deems it necessary to respond to a request as outlined in the previous paragraph, it will correct the personal information without delay.
3. When the Company makes a correction based on the preceding provisions or decides not to make such corrections, it will promptly notify the user.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information)
1. When the Company is requested by the individual to suspend or erase the use of personal information (hereinafter referred to as 'suspension of use, etc.') on the grounds that the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the intended use or was acquired through fraudulent means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
2. Based on the results of the investigation outlined in the previous paragraph, if the Company deems it necessary to respond to the request, it will suspend the use of the personal information without delay.
3. When the Company suspends the use of personal information based on the provisions of the previous paragraph or decides not to do so, it will promptly notify the user.
4. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs, if the suspension of use, etc. entails significant costs or is otherwise difficult, the Company will take alternative measures necessary to protect the user's rights and interests.
Article 9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)
1. The content of this policy may be changed without notifying users, except for matters otherwise stipulated by laws or this policy.
2. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised privacy policy will take effect when it is posted on this website.
